Completed in 2015, Office Pavilion Hawaii outfitted 584 dormitory units for Hawaii Pacific University Aloha Tower Marketplace Waterfront Lofts. In this mixed-use commercial and residential community, existing buildings were renovated to create a live, learn, and play environment. Each of the one-, two-, and three-bedroom units has a living space, a kitchen with a sink, counter and fridge, and a bathroom.

Working with G70 and Swinerton Builders, Office Pavilion furnished the spaces with dorm furniture and equipment, and outdoor furniture. Private phone booths, training spaces, computer areas, dining areas, lounges, and recreation spaces were also outfitted as part of the Aloha Tower Marketplace revitalization. The main product lines included RT London for the dorm furniture, and ERG for the lounge furniture.
